University: School of Law. Before he joined Withered Burns, LLP in 2011, he worked as a Deputy Prosecutor in Tippecanoe County and handled several misdemeanor and major felony jury trials. Reid’s recent trial experience includes a wrongful death jury trial in the Benton County Circuit Court (2014), a personal injury jury trial in the Fountain County Circuit Court (2013), and a commercial bench trial in the United States District Court of Northern Indiana (2012). In addition, he has handled several workers compensation hearings in Tippecanoe County and argued an appeal in front of the Indiana Workers’ Compensation Board in 2013.
