While in law school, Mallory was treasurer of the Health Law Society, and a member of the Environmental Law Society and the Mississippi Association For Justice.Prior to joining the firm, Mallory worked as a clerk for two law firms in Jackson, MS where she handled claims involving the BP Oil Spill Litigation and the Countrywide Home Loan class action law suit.Mallory was recently chosen to be on the Plaintiff’s Steering Committee for the Boston Scientific, Massachusetts State Court Consolidation involving lawsuits against the manufacturers of transvaginal mesh implants.Due to her extensive knowledge and involvement in the transvaginal mesh litigation, Mallory was asked to be the guest speaker for Mobile’s local chapter of legal professionals, the Mobile Legal Professionals Association. Due to the success of her presentation before the local chapter, she was invited to be the guest speaker on the transvaginal mesh litigation at the state level for the Alabama Association of Legal Professionals Winter Board Meeting in January 2013.
